His first professional acting role was in Rhythm City 12 years ago with the character Krisis. Mr Ramasodi has also been involved in a few theatre performances. His first theatre production was Ten Ways to Kill a President at the South African State Theatre which was directed by Clive Mathibe.

“I was never a good dancer or instrument player so I used what I had and that was my body and voice,” said Mr Ramasodi.

He has thus far traveled the world to Canada, England, Scotland, and Botswana. “I am yet to do a whole African tour, which would be great” he added.

Mr Ramasodi mentions that he is currently managing himself and that he would be delighted to get sponsors.

His biggest passion lies in uplifting the community and the people around him so he hopes to have a production company one day. “Any person from Pretoria within merit can use my contacts to become the best at what they do, I would be more than happy to assist, added Mr Ramasodi.

He is inspired by people such as Michel Gondry who is a French director and performer as well as Rowan Atkinson who is an American actor. Here at home, Mr Ramasodi looks up to people such as John Kani, Tony Kgoroge, and Lesego Motsepe.

“There are quite a few people that inspire me, but more than anything I am inspired by my peers who continue to push the envelope and continue to push me to get to work to the level where I think I can exceed my very own expectations” he added.

This Atteridgeville actor has already started fulfilling his dream of owning his own company as he is busy with underground productions.
