An accident of a school bus and a private car occurred early this morning at Moroe street, Atteridgeville after the bus driver allegedly lost control of the steering wheel.
An eyewitness, Ms Lesego Rathakaga, said the accident happened in front of her gate.
“I was in the house when I heard a loud crash and I rushed outside to witness a frightful scene.
The children inside the school bus are taken to Pretoria West hospital for observation while the passengers inside the private car were unharmed, but the driver was badly injured and taken to hospital.
