A shooting in Phomolong taxi rank took place in the early hours of the morning where a man was shot three times in the head and died on the spot in what is suspected to be one of the fights between taxi owners.
An eye witness who did not want to be named said he is still traumatised by the event because he witnessed the shooting step by step.
“The victim was neat, he had his trousers neatly ironed, and looked like someone who was going out to work for his family,” the witness said.
George Mathe said Atteridgeville has turned violent and unsafe.
The police are still investigating.
