President Ramaphosa announced yesterday that the country Covid 19 Lockdown will move from level five to level four from 1 May 2020.
During the lockdown, in line with the protocols, public transport was restricted to operate at specified times.
Mr Risuna Shirinda, from a settlement called Mshongoville in Atteridgeville, expressed his relief at the announcement of the relaxation of the lockdown because due to the lockdown when he knocked off at 13:00, he had to wait till 16:00 for the transport to start operating.

“We are grateful and happy for the level 4 at least we can be able to travel though we are still restricted from moving to other provinces.
President Ramaphosa said level four means that some activities can be allowed to resume and operate under certain circumstances.
Mr Enock Ngwengweja is also a resident of Mshongoville and he says despite moving from level 5 to level 4 it will never change anything at this stage.
“People will go around and spread the virus and we will be back where we are, he should have prolonged the lockdown until there are no more new infections,” said Mr Ngwengweja.
